It says that I need to update my listings with additional info to provide an estimated delivery date. I have all the info listed and when you go to my shop as like a buyer, it shows an estimated delivery date. It was never on any listings until yesterday. All at once every single one of my listings got this message added, but they still show active.
I have tried reaching out to ETSY through chat. I can't get it to start a new chat. It only shows one from last month.
I have no idea what to do to fix this. Help please!
