It's 2:57 pm EST on a Thursday and I tried to contact support via chat but the option isn't there. Just email. I hate that finding it when you need help is so inconsistent with them. Specially after raising our fees and promising better seller support.
Live chat and the phone call back option are not available for every issue and not available all the time. They are just a call center and only able to help with a very limited set of issues. If your issue is outside of that then the option won't appear there.
I really wish they would make that clear then instead of giving us a blanket 'yeah we got you!' statement and then running off with our money.
