Where is my Star Sellar badge? I'm qualified, but there is no badge on my site.

I've qualified for Star Seller as of May 1, but there is no Star Seller Badge. Also, I've had 100% for shipping, 100% for messaging and 5.0 for reviews.  I should have my Star Sellar Badge.  Etsy is not on top of this stellar award as they should be.  Something is definitely amiss on this calculation, again.

@VKVDesigns: You appear to be missing the shipping badge. What does the applicable CSV file on your Customer Service page (previous review period for May 1st badges and star) say Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it? In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.

The CSV file has all the data correct and filled in; on time, tracking, etc.  I've been given a 100% shipping grade, 100% on messaging and 5.0 on reviews, but Etsy hasn't given me the shipping badge or the Star Seller badge.

Make sure you are not looking at the SS stats for next month.

If you earned it for May it will say Congrats you earned SS for May. If you are seeing numbers and % that is where you currently stand this month for the June star. It will say that in small print someplace.

The CSV file is for the period of 2/1 - 4/30.  That is for May 1 status, right?

I'm thinking that Etsy has left this calculation up to AI -- which we all know is not as smart as it claims to be.   Also, the last order I shipped was shipped only 1 day before its deadline (the 30th), which was on the 29th of April and also very near the end of the month.  I'm thinking this stat  may have been pushed into the month of May.   However, the CSV does indicate all is well as it shipped on time, and the label was purchased on time.  There are definitely issues with calculations for this Star Seller award.
