Where is Etsy support? It's been 3 days without help

I don't understand how Etsy customer services has literally just disappeared?!
I've been waiting three days for a response to an email/support request (the live chat wasn't available at the time).
Yesterday I tried the live chat and also had no response.

This is quite concerning, as my issue is regarding the legal tax information requested.
I have two shops; I had no issue updating the details in one of them, but I have a problem in the other shop as Etsy have repopulated an old VAT registration number, whereas I'm no longer VAT registered (Etsy removed it for me 3 years ago).

I keep getting their automated emails saying my taxpayer info appears to be missing or incorrect etc, but I cannot remove the VAT number myself.

I'm concerned my shop will be put on hold because I can't resolve the issue without their help, but it's impossible to contact anyone.

Yes, I have done this, thank you.
The issue is I cannot remove the VAT registration number without Etsy's assistance.

Go to finances - monthly statements

choose october

download the vat statement, if they are charging you VAT, then although the VAT number shows, they are ignoring it

if there is no vat statement, or they have stopped charging you VAT , it is a problem.

Thank you, yes, there is a vat statement there.
No red banner but I keep getting emails stating my details are not correct.

All is correct and filled in except that there should be no VAT number.

That sounds like it is just an etsy messup behind the scenes,

if they are charging you VAT, then they are not counting you as VAT registered,

I would log 1 e-mail log through - help - contact us

just the one,

then every day, reply to it that you still need help,

that etsy is charging you VAT, so they know you are not VAT registered, but somehow it still displays the old number, and is triggering warning messages - which it shouldn't

I managed to request a callback from Etsy which worked, so I've got the issue sorted now x

Although it looks like the page hasn't loaded properly, I submitted my number. 
A while later I got an email asking that I confirm my email address, which then took me to the same page.
I put my number in again and I got a call back straightaway.

@ModJose  Why have you deleted my question asking you how we can get support from Etsy directly?
In another post (which you closed comments on) you stated we can get help directly, but I'm informing you this is not the case, as many sellers are struggling to get any assistance.
What is going on please?
