Why can't I choose between physical or digital file? When I click there it just keeps jumping back up automatically. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Before posting on the Forums, please check if you are not bumping an old thread that hasn't seen any activity in a while. You can do this by looking at the dates of the most recent replies.

I had the same problem. scroll down, there are more questions to answer in that pop-up window. I only saw that question in that box and there is no indication that I should have scrolled down. I messed with it for a long time.
