Hello, I currently have a 100% response rate, 100% on-time shipping and a 4.8 average review. I am still not a star seller for this month even though my rating was the same on 11/1/2024 and Etsy is currently lowering my shop visibility, stating that if my stats are better next month, my visibility will go up. This is really hurting my business as we are in the middle of Q4 and I can not get ahold of any agents who work for Etsy to help with this issue.
