What the meaning of "Last 4 of active bank account no. in your payment account"

I have to disable 2FA on my friend's acc but they ask me about the information to verify the identity in the Help Support process.
And here's the question

What's the exact meaning of "Last 4 active bank account no."? I have 3 lists here:

• PayeeID (Payoneer Account)
• Payoneer Customer ID (Payoneer Account)
• or my Local bank acc (I answer this one but they said it's wrong)

Someone could help me so I can disable 2FA and log in the account on my PC eventually,

You need to provide the full account number on this account to verify you are the owner or allowed access to it.

The best thing to do is for your friend to manage their own account and have them turn of the 2FA if they wish. it is there for security and they should have no problem answering the security questions regarding their account.

I'm not the one who wanna take over thier account but they didn't know what the exact thing tho bc we don't mainly speak English and I try to help them. So you have no answere about this right?

I Know the answer but if it is not your account, I would not give the answer for security reasons.

The account holder has to contact Etsy, as they will know the answer when asked.

@DigiplusAW   I understand the language issue, but you do not own your friend's account.  You should not know the numbers.  Your friend has to be the one to do this.

Etsy won't send SMS to the phone so we've to contact Etsy Support bc my country code is (+66) But in the system is (+6)6 so the SMS never come to us. Thank you for your answers but the solution still unclear for us.

If you're trying to log into your friend's account, then it's your friend who you should be asking.

I don't think it's a good idea for anyone here to help you disable your friend's secure account.
