I have a coupon code set up for when a customer abandons their cart and I currently have 4 customers that my listings added to their cart. However, when I check code stats, it says that no emails have been sent and there is really no way in sending the code directly to those specific customers if the email is not being sent. What is the issue?

Many have opted out of getting email from Etsy so we don’t get sent the coupons.
I see. I appreciate your input!
The person has to opt into receiving those types of emails from Etsy. How do you know who has the item in their cart?
So I actually don’t know who has the items in their cart. I can just see that the listings have been added to cart. Thank you for your response!
There are also other limitations. Like if someone carts a ton of items, they will only receive a maximum of x number of offers per week.
This is super good to know! Thank you for being informative!
i have opted out of receiving those emails.
so now etsy notifies me here:
https://www.etsy.com/offers?ref=hdr_user_menu-coupons
there is no escape from them.
Would you only receive this after already purchasing an item from that shop?
Unlogged visitors can add products to their cart and leave before the checkout / creating an account, I assume this is the reason the emails are not sent (i'm experiencing a similar situation)
Emails can only be sent to people with accounts who have opted into receiving them.
