What is going on at etsy? Not good

So, I have shipped an item, with tracking, yet etsy says the shipping is “pre transit”, yet it was shipped within hours of being ordered and has ARRIVED, but etsy says it is “pre transit”. And it will disrupt my star seller status.

Etsy is doing also some weird changes that are ridiculous. They are hiding information on an item, essentially burying it so that a buyer has to work hard to find the info. It’s like they hired someone to go in and fix things not broken. 

Just what’s going on at etsy? #regretsy.

Oh no, I was posting the lame response from their tech team in order and just got to yours! It basically said the problem was on their end, but they refuse to change it manually, as they have in the past. Update, they just corrected it, and it was shipped from my USPS account directly.
