This message has been coming up on my preview page for 3 days now. Is anyone else having this problem and why is it happening? I don't know if anyone can purchase from me.
That glitch has been happening for a while now. Other sellers have contacted Support regarding this and a Moderator replied on at least one of the OPs saying they'll look into it (this was back in January).

I put a two of your items (separately) in my cart and saw no problem if I were to complete the process. I didn't see the browse only message on the listings or in my cart.

I just came here because I have this too. Never seen this before!
Yep I have the same. Using a VPN was able to find it and add to basket and could find it in search so not going to worry for now
Same thing here when previewing for the last several days. I also think it's a glitch.
I have had that message in the past from time to time, and again recently. Nothing to worry about. It does not affect getting the listing up. Just a background glitch that will go away over time, for a while.
I just saw this message for the first time when previewing a listing.
There's a sad face next to the message that "You can browse, but we're unable to process purchases at the moment. Try again in a bit."
I wonder why it shows up on the preview page, and sporadically, it seems, as others have posted.
