Hi guys, it's been two months that I'm trying to solve this issue. I got a banner in the "Legal and tax information" that says:

We were unable to verify the business information you entered at onboarding. Please review your business name and any identification numbers closely, make any necessary changes, and re-submit it for verification. You’ll have two re-verification attempts, after which your account will be locked.

If you continue to have trouble, please contact your local tax authority or applicable government entity, where the business is registered, for more assistance.

anyone handled this situation? I tried everything! the Etsy's support doesn't even reply to my emails.

@TISOLIShop do your ID documents have Latin text/characters or is it all in Hebrew?

@TISOLIShop did you opened a ticket to Etsy? I suggest you to check in options or your shop and charge again every single information.

When i opened my shop i inserted my ID Document but with no reason it was not saved and so i should insert it again. Maybe it's happened the same to you.

Yes of course I opened a ticket. But at some point they stopped replying. Can you please guide me where did you check and changed the info that help you to solve it?

Check everything and input all details asked. Also if you see something already compiled, compile it again.

I had the same problem. No answer from etsy for 3 working days. My company is in The Netherlands. I wrote tax identification number in Business Registration Number but it should be Chamber of Commerce number. Now my business information verified.
