Hello Everyone,

I need help on the following Query: -

I could Not verify my taxpayer information for first time as my date of birth was incorrect in payoneer, meanwhile my shop put on vacation mode and closed by Etsy. 

after change in my date of birth on payoneer account, i got mail from Etsy: -

"Good news: We’ve verified your taxpayer info using the document you recently submitted. You can now receive funds from your sales".

After Verified Info still my shop is on vacation mode and closed by ETSY. 

Can anyone help me, how can i recover my account or Etsy by itself Open my shop again.

I have mail to etsy many times but no response from there side.

@JMDBEADS The only 2 reliable ways to contact Etsy are through the live chat or working your way through the Help Center link at the bottom of any (or most) Etsy page until you find a way to send them a message or request a call back. Etsy did away with direct email support years ago.

I have re uploaded the Personal ID Which is still pending for verification since past 7 days. i have mail to Etsy many times but no reply from their side. I am still waiting for the verification of my Id's. raised Many tickets asking them my problem but no reply. It's almost 15 days gone.

Don't keep sending separate emails. Send one, then wait for their reply. Click the I Still Need Help link near the bottom of their reply. Keep doing that until they solve your problem.

Don't open any new email threads, or they will close the first one and kick you to the back of the line to start over with the canned responses. Keep it all in one thread. You may get 2 or 3 canned reponses that do not address your problem, including one that might say their decision is final, before a real person even looks at it. You will know you have actually reached a person when they do something about your problem.

then click I would rather speak with a member of Etsy Support 

then, I am sorry to say, all you can do is wait.

Should i go for appeal but my documents are still pending or should i wait???
