I can get to the chat option ... I closed it quickly but it brought up the chat box and showed a 1 minute wait time. (On my last chat an agent showed up pretty quickly but then it took around 5 minutes for them to actually start chatting).
In my case, the chat is frozen since Jan 30. I can only see my messages. I contacted them through my second Etsy shop and, of course, had no clue what I was talking about. They asked for screenshots. Completely useless. It's like talking to a wall!
