We sold an item with the make an offer feature. Now the customer can not figure out how to pay and we have no idea how to help them. Please help!!

@YoungsThingsandStuff did you get this resolved? I'm just curious; I turned on the Make an Offer for a few items but none have sold yet.
It sounds like the buyer should have a link or button or something that says "complete purchase" somewhere in the message where you replied accepting their offer.
