I created a second custom listing for a customer to pay for an upgraded shipping for their order. I completed it and clicked no tracking, as it was not an actual item, and it went against my star seller. I am unsure of how to fix this, as it has made my rating go down!
There is no way to fix it.
Did you try marking as complete and add the tracking number from the actual order?
I marked it as complete but did not realize I needed to add the same tracking number to it. Of course I can't go back and change it now.
There is a short window in which to add/edit tracking. You should be able to add that number to a different order as that is what you have to do when combine shipping items, Would not matter that it was not an actual item. If you can still add the tracking number ..do it. I'd at least try.
Next time add the same tracking number to both orders since you’re essentially combining orders and shipping as 1 item… in doing so, it will suffice the SSP.
