I have had my store since 2016 without any issues. However, when I tried to update my legal shop information for tax purposes, I was unable to save or verify the changes. About 6-7 days later, I realized that my store had been placed on vacation mode, even though I reverted to my old information and uploaded my driver's license.
It has now been over a month, and there is still no resolution. I have re-entered my name and SSN, successfully verified them, and my driver's license has also been verified. Despite this, my support ticket only receives copy-paste responses instructing me to upload documents for verification—something I have already done multiple times.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? How can I get this resolved? My support ticket is open, but I am not receiving any real solutions beyond automated responses.

I'm sorry to say, but this is a common complaint. It seems about a third of the forum threads lately are sellers whom Etsy has shut down for no good reason.
