Way to block customers or report them for abuse?

How do we block customers who are abusive?

I have run into this situation several times and haven't been able to find a way to protect myself from it other than deleting their messages and canceling and refunding any open orders, but this is really ridiculous. If they were in my physical store I would have these people removed by police.

Where is the block function or report button?

Unfortunately you cannot block customers on Etsy.

For convo's you can only mark them as spam. There is no block or report button.

Perhaps try to contact trust-and-safety@etsy.com and see if they can assist you.

That just blocks them from following you. They can still see your shop and buy from you. Please stop bringing up old threads and giving out the wrong information.

I just got 7 messages 50% profane laced messages as a customer is upset that HE did not read the listing and custom orders are NOT refundable.

in this age of Trump, this has really started to happen more and more, it has been normal on eBay but not here (thus sell mostly here to avoid that and scammers trying for everything FREE)
