Hello, my product, which was a bestseller on July 22, was removed from the ad due to “not meeting the creativity standards”. My wife and I do everything from the raw material procurement to the production of the product, from the wiping and disinfection after production to the packaging and delivery to the shipping company. I waited, thinking that maybe there was a mistake for this popular product (because no one would think of removing a bestseller from the ad), but when the date showed August 13th, I couldn't stand it and asked for help in the Chat section. They told me that they transferred the matter to a higher team and that they would get back to me by e-mail. However, although I waited until July 31, no return was provided in any way. On this date, I created the support request with the id number #17373961. In the content of this support request I created about my advertisement, which has no information and content about why it does not meet the creativity standards, there are photographs that I produced the product in my own workshop and on my machine. My product was a successful product that was ranked 3rd out of 15 sample products on the website of an interior design magazine. And today is the 22nd day of my support request. Also, my product has been exactly 2 months. It really worries us that our only source of income as a family is our Etsy store and Etsy treats us sellers with such indifference. I apologize if I seem rude but this is the situation. I hope my store will be restored as soon as possible and justice will prevail. Best regards.

Sadly, so many are in the same boat as you! It's likely that your photos may have been stolen by other sites. Try this Chrome extension to see: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/search-by-image/cnojnbdhbhnkbcieeekonklommdnndci?hl=en-US&u...
Although this is unlikely the reason that your listing was removed, remember that you can't use mock-ups as the first image for physical products you make yourself any more. Here are the new image policies: https://www.etsy.com/legal/policy/listing-image-requirements/253962679005 The mock-ups are fine for subsequent images, but not the first.
Thank you for your response. I have no idea how to solve this. When I searched the internet for the photo of my product that was removed, I saw that it was only offered for sale on a Russian website with the same photo. I don't see my product on aliexpress or temu or amazon.
@GoodoWoodart: As @cindylouwho2 points out, "violated Etsy's Creativity Standards" can encompass much more than just if it is handmade. Stolen pictures does appear to be the number one reason, but there are now lots of technical things that can trigger a violation such as not listing all of the people involved in your shop or not listing a production partner if there is one, and even not adhering to the new rules about mock ups and what is in a listing's first image.
False positives appear to be rampant, so since your shop is already on Etsy's radar, you might want to reread the new rules if you need to and clean up any ambiguities in your shop and / or listings so they clearly comply before a bot flags another listing.
@GoodoWoodart: not to be a pessimist (much), yet a variant of my bestseller was taken down july 21, and my appeal ticket stands open with absolutely NO reply from Etsy despite weekly "i need more help" replies and three phone escalations. rather than to continue to beat my head against the Esty wall, i'm taking @cindylouwho2 's advice... and sturdying up my own website. she recently said "diversify NOW", and i think that is an excellent solution.
the writing seems on the wall......
By the way, according to the new picture policy, should many stores be closed? 90% of wall decor stores use mock-ups. Do Etsy's AI bots then have to close all these stores? I guess there will be no more shops selling on Etsy
@GoodoWoodart if shops use a POD production partner, they can use mock ups from that POD. Also, the bots don't usually get triggered until there is a sale on that listing.
