View More Items is not working from phone view

When I go to my shop from my phone and scroll through sections, the "View more items" is not expanding.  

For example, in the first section, after featured, it says view 32 more items, and when you select this, nothing happens...it does not go to the view and show more listings.  People scrolling through my items with their phone are not seeing more items in every section.  I've been wondering why I never get sales from the items that don't show.

Most of my sales are from college students and they only use their phone.  They are not seeing all my listings!

Has this been addressed?  I've searched the posts and don't see it, I think it is a critical issue. 

Does  anyone know how to contact Etsy to correct this technical issue?

I am on mobile, not the app, went to your shop, there is no view more items button, there's an arrow that takes me to the next page, I see all 71 listings, if I choose the section with 32 listings I see them all.

Thank you.  I found that if I try from any device other than my own phone, it does work.  It just won't work from my own phone, and that's not a problem.
