As of yesterday it appears my 15 second videos won't load on my listings. Any thoughts or trouble shooting suggestions?
Did you check the file size isn't too large? Like if you maybe changed a setting and they are being saved at a higher resolution, even if they are still within the 15 seconds, they may be too large.
