Active Listings Saying Sold Out?

A customer informed me that the item she wanted was sold out. Everything looks good in the product listing manager and the listing is definitely active with 1 available. When I look at my shop and click on the item, it gives the sold out announcement. I tried renewing the item and the error is continuing. It's one of my popular items and I cannot afford this glitch, especially as of late with this platform! In fact, it's happening to two items that I can tell. Please help!

Is this on the website or the App? The App is horribly glitchy.

I had this happen as well! Who knows how often my best selling item was unavailable! It looked fine from my end, but once you clicked on the item, it said ‘sold.’ I contacted Etsy and they fixed it from their end, however the damage was done. The item lost its placement, and the sales have never recovered.  I hope you have better luck!

OMG. I really don’t have words for all the glitches happening. It’s like a competitor has infiltrated the system and is screwing up as much as they can.

I ended up changing the quantity to 100 and that worked. This was on the website @PlatypusDream. So, this makes me also wonder about the app.
