Just a heads up! have just figured out that many of my videos didn't transfer to the new format! I've just found and reloaded about 10, but I'm sure there are more, as I usually have one. THANK GOODNESS I still have them and don't have to make all new ones! But it is quite tedious to have to search through all my videos to find items, and then search to see if the listing is missing a video. Has anyone else encountered this?
I haven't experienced that. How frustrating! I just want to say you can see in your shop manager, via a browser, which listings have video, or not. Shop manager>Listings, then scroll down and see 'Listing Videos' section in right sidebar.
I assumed mine had also, until I started finding the listings without videos, and noticed the videos in my photo stream. Once I started going through them, I was very surprised how many were missing.
I've just put over 30 videos back in my listings. I have over 400 listings, not all had videos. Unfortunately, I had deleted some videos from my photo stream, so there may have been more that were not transferred.
