Video will not load entirely. Cuts off. Followed the instructions. It should all fit.

I created a Video thru Bitable. It fits all of the parameters needed by Etsy to load. It only loads partly then the text falls off in a downward flow. I have tried it several times. It is up on my listing. WildCrane Studio. This video app is not working. Can you fix it Etsy?
