Hi everyone,
I'm facing a problem with the video resolution. Every video that I make, no matter of resolution, 2k, 4k...same thing, no matter of aspect ratio 3:4, 4:3, 16:9....when I upload it, has the same resolution, smaller than 800*800. I have tried to use different cameras, settings...but no use. What could be the problem?
