I got up in the morning and saw multiple email from ETSY, first one said I need to reset my Password, and second one said an ETSY admin unlink my bank account and I need to link a new one. And when I try to access to my store via ETSY seller app, it shows my username / email is invalid.
I have tried to review my store but it show that the profile of the shop still exist but there is no listings. The shop is 2 months old and have about 100 sales.
I have spend 8 hours on ETSY help center and Google try to get it sort out. But obviously just like many seller, I have trouble to get a touch with them except sending ETSY message. I also try to <request ETSY a call back> but I don't think it is working.
Do anyone have encounter the similar issues and what is my solutions.

It would appear that there was an attempt to hack your shop/account. Be sure to do a thorough scan for malware, etc. on any and all devices you have used to access your Etsy shop.
Stay on top of everything else you do on line too - banking, credit cards, etc.
I have no idea where you are located but basically receiving a call back option from Etsy is based on Etsy New York (EDT) time. However this may not speed up the process.
If you have already open a help ticket with Etsy support via email, stick with it. Do not open new tickets. Reply to any generic replies that you still need help, that your issue is not resolved.
You will need to be very patient. Getting this straightened out could take a month, if not longer.

I am in Australia. Thanks for the head up. I will keep a eye on all suspect warnings.
It could take up to a month? I thought if they are charging 13% platform fee they should be able to have enough manpower to handle these thing quickly.
