Video playback immediately turns to black screen

I have two issues with the short product videos I upload to my listings.  First the video color quality is all washed out.  It's perfect on my IPhone but once uploaded to Etsy the color washes away.

Second when I view the listing and scroll to the video the screen in my Iphone immediately turns black and won't play the video.  I cannot find a fix to either of my problems.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Might be your phone.

Same thing happens with my product videos, I have edited & re-cropped & still the same black screen so just removed everything as it works fine on my Shopify store so it’s an Etsy thing
