Hello
This is the second time this has happened. I try to add a video from my PC to a new listing and it won't upload. The box around the video space shows red and says MAX 100MB. The file is 28K KB or 28MB.
I did another new listing, with images and video taken at the same time and uploaded at the same time to my PC. The video for that uploaded fine. (Was also the same size as one that will not upload.)
So the issue is not with the size of video, quality, file type, system, etc as one worked and one did not.
Any idea why one would load and another 10 minutes later would not?
And have since tried to upload again, with no luck.
I had this issue with another listing a few months ago (same scenario) and finally gave up after trying multiple times over time to upload.
