My videos are MP4, 1920x1280, 30 fps. They play fine on my computer but when uploaded to Etsy they are distorted - the bottom half of the video is vertical lines of colour. They will not play. I do not see anyone else reporting this issue. I tried both Chrome and Firefox browsers plus incognito.
