Verifying Account

I have tried so many emails and requests to get feedback on why my account still shows that I need to verify information.  3 weeks ago I uploaded the requested data and it said 2 - 5 business days to review.  I waited 10 business days before reaching out.  I have emailed several times in the last 6 business days and I have not received a reply. I cannot find a way to call or chat.  Can someone please tell me what I should try next?

When you email several times, it shoves you back to the end of the line. But it Etsy is not responding, I can see why you emailed multiple times. I see Shops having trouble with Verification, and it really shouldn't be that hard to reach someone who can help.  I'm sorry you're having trouble. When you go through the Seller's Dashboard: Community & Help > Contact > Select the various options, then "I still need help".

I hope you get this resolved soon.
