Pop up when I open messages won't go away

I can't see or use my messages page, because of a pop up about "saved responses". No matter what I do , it won't go away. The "done" button does nothing. I hope this is getting fixed. I need to reply to people.

It locks up my entire page. I can't get out of it.  The only way I can get back to my shop is to sign out and then back in. But I don't dare click the messages tab or I'm stuck again.

Same issue with message page.  Can't respond to customer query.  The "DONE" button does not work.  Is anyone working on this issue???
