This looks like a scam.
Your shop is open, not suspended.
Additional cards do not need to be verified.
If it was received as an Etsy message or email it is probably a scam. If it includes a link to a website, or a QR code, it is a scam
Only messages that are genuinely from Etsy will be in the "from Etsy" folder of your messages page. Any other messages are not from Etsy.
If Etsy need you to verify anything then it will appear as a highlighted instruction on the shop dashboard page and/or the shop finance Payments Methods, or Legal & Tax Information page. These are where information needs to be entered, not using any links in messages or emails.
