Verification site on vacation mode

Two weeks since put on vaca mode.  Sent info same day.  After 16 years do I close shop, file suit or something else. 

No pay, no sales, 

Unbelievable.

Etsy is not here if you were trying to contact.

If you are in the US and have sales that reach a certain amount Etsy has to verify information for the Inform act.

I think we realize that if in usa!!!!!!!   I just am reaching all others in same boat.  Look there are many of us who rely on our shop.  Can't see how any defense of etsy.  Many ways to do this properly

I sympathize with you....and yes, sellers do realize Etsy is verifying information for the inform act....but, there is not anything in the inform act that says they can not contact a seller to discuss information.

My shop has been in vacation mode since Jan 11....Etsy just closes out my emails, tickets, chats whenever I ask anything.  I sent over everything they needed and it supposedly is verified...who knows? Nothing is showing on my dashboard, nothing....and I do not get any response back to emails, again nothing. Chat tells me I will get someone to contact you....nothing after that.

Etsy has dropped the ball on this and have proven at least to me they don't think much of my shop or others.  How long are sellers supposed to wait to hear anything...So, basically I have to wait until Etsy decides to open my shop back up which can take months??????????? Years?????

Some have said 6-8 weeks...some have said a few days....some have said months.....it is ridiculous.
