Verification process bank account again and again

I have a problem, I am new and I have already made my first sale and I did the whole process for etsy to verify my bank account, but now when someone wants to buy something in my store, the etsy system asks me to do the verification process again my bank account. It is normal?

@KDSMyPopArtShop  - This is probably a SCAM. Right now your shop shows one sale. You do not have a second one. Remember all real sales will be on your shop's dashboard.

Plus there have been many threads on the continuous threat.

If the message requesting information is truly from Etsy it will be in your shop's message box in the From Etsy section.
Also requests to verify id &/or update banking information will often be flagged in your shop manager, finances section.
