How do I fix being muted, is there anyone I can contact?
I messaged about 10 sellers to get a quote for custom orders and was muted.
seem ridiculous as those sellers have lost out on sales because of this.
You mean you contacted fellow sellers as a BUYER, and asked for a customized offer for yourself?

In your dashboard, left side (computer) help.
They should be able to straighten it out.
