I opened my store a month ago, and I started working on it these last weeks, 2 days ago I made my first sale so I had to go into the confirmation process of my bank account and legal information, I uploaded my Id card to confirm my legal name my birth date and my address, I was contacted by Etsy safety and trust team that my birth date is different than the one I entered in the registration (instead of 28/01/1998 I entered 28/11/1998) and they're asking me to change it, I searched all over the website and I can't find where to change it, my shop is put now by Etsy on vacation and I don't really know what to do, I sent my Id to the trust and safety department and they keep asking me to change it.
I tried to contact the support more than 5 times and every time I get the same response like no one is reading my messages.
Je suis désolée pour vous. Je suis exactement dans la même situation. Après ma 7 eme vente, Etsy met ma boutique en mode vacances et me demande de mettre à jour pièce d’identité et même justificatif de domicile. Et depuis vendredi mon compte est bloqué. Ils me renvoient aussi le même message sans réactiver ma boutique . C’est très frustrant.
Quelqu’un d’Etsy peut il aider?
J'ai essayer avec eux plusieurs fois et ils m'envoient les memes messages sans couriger le probleme
@RadiaArtCorner @NeyyouCreations : DO NOT open a new issue or contact Etsy multiple times about the same issue (doing so closes the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile). Every eMail from Etsy support will have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that to keep the report alive. Click on the link once on each Etsy reply. You may have to do this innumerable times, but do not give up until your problem is solved.
Have you also added your Siret number, there was a post some time ago where Etsy kept asking for ID from a French seller, once they added their Siret number their shop was reopened.
Non je n’ai pas ajouté de siret car je n’en ai pas. Mais merci de m’en parler je vais faire faire la démarche ici pour en obtenir un et après je le chargerai. J’espère que ça ne prendra pas davantage de temps.

My apologies, you have not added your location and saw your reply to the French poster and got it wrong sorry.
You can't change your birthdate so I don't know why they asked. That's something asked for when you sign up. There is no place to change the date. Use the email. Reply that the one date is accurate and can they change the other? They may ask for additional proof. I don't know if they will or not. Ask to speak to a supervisor if necessary and if you want give them your phone number for them to contact you.
Do add your shop location.
I see that your shop is now open again and I was hoping you could share how you resolved the issue.
