For reference, I am using a PC for my shop maintenance. I have a number of products that have all lost their variations (Style and Finish were the two I used). I have been using the old listing format to add all my new items because the new format limited me to 13 variations (I have 23 for style). It seems the system randomly decided to remove them from some listings, not all, so only one price and quantity is shown when prices should vary by Style. That means someone can make a purchase for an item that costs $10.95 for $5.95 (the lowest price offered) and "write a note" or completely ignore letting me know what Style or Finish they want. Extra time reaching out to the buyer and how do I bring up the wrong price? I now have to go through each listing individually to see what needs to be fixed, and if it forces me to use the new format, then I am stuck at 13 variations only. Has anyone had this issue? I completed a survey a while back and mention the problems with the new format, but they haven't been fixed. Anyone else having trouble? This is going to be very time consuming to fix...
