Variations not saving

Hello, I can’t list my items because every time I go to save my variations and prices it says there’s an issue and it can’t save it, and to contact Etsy which I did, I even downloaded the etsy seller app on my tablet and it didn’t work, I usually use my iPhone to list. I am going to try to reinstall app but I don’t think that will fix it because I tried it on my tablet. Very frustrated!

Use a browser instead

Hello, I'm sorry if I'm little bit late with the solution, but I had (and still have occasionally) the very same problem. I list from the PC browser. I contact Etsy support which was useful, but I found a solution myself.

The problem appears when I attached photos to the variations. So, I write/edit all I need in the listing and variations, then Save changes, reopen the listing and just attach photos. It works every time.
