Variations glitch?

Made a sale today from a listing with four visible (turned on) variations.

There are four sets of little trays, different colors and prices.

The pulldown with the correct variations and prices was/is still on the listing,

but, after only one sold, the whole listing now shows as sold.

I'm not very familiar variations, but it all seemed fine to me, I renewed it..

Should I indicate the quantity of three now, I had it only as one..maybe that's why

You shouldn't have to renew, suggestions please!

Thanks.

Re: Variations glitch?

@cristinasroom What you need to do is edit the Variation window, and check off the box for "quantities vary"- then update the Variation window.  Back on the listing page, you'll see it defaults to a quantity of one on each of the options.  Now when one of the options sells out, it will relist, showing "sold out" for that option.
