Variations are missing from listing.

I have two customers that state they only see one of the two variations on my listing. This is my most popular listing and the most popular option is missing. This is affecting their ability to order. I imagine this is happening to other people but only two customers have messaged me and brought this to my attention.

it seems it is happening on the Etsy app. Customer went to etsy.com on safari and it worked.

It should work everywhere.  I hope that it gets resolved soon.

Thank you. It is getting looked into. Hopefully not widespread, but it's the worst time for this to be happening.
