This is starting to drive me crazy. I have recently discovered using variations for similar items and I have figured out how to post photos with the variations. But almost every time I save the variations with the photos I go back later and the photos are no longer saved. I’m using the app on my IPhone as that is where all my photos are. I can’t find a way to contact Etsy for support. Anyone else have this issue? I have over 100 different items and I can’t keep going back and resaving the pictures and going through all the jewelry to make sure I pick the right variation with the right piece I have already labeled.
