Variation and drop down menu issue

i am mac here from the florentine gem ( https://www.etsy.com/shop/FlorentineGem ) i am facing one serious technical issue may be i can say ; bug ' ,

The issue have been happened with one of my best seller listing.   all of the variation have been gone and my buyer are not able to make purchase also . they are connecting me to solve this and almost it's effecting on my monthly revenue .

Are you trying to do this using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? If via a browser, are you using the "old" or "new" listing form?

I just looked at your listings and tried a few to add variations.  It worked for me. 

Are they using PayPal?  Maybe there is an issue there with display and Etsy is showing it prominently on the listings?

I am on PC with Edge browser.

I don't know which is your best seller so I can't check to see if that has a bug.

I'm not sure what your best seller is but I noticed 3 reviews on your first page for the following listing. I was able to choose variations and it took  me to Paypal's site to complete the process. I'm on a PC using Google Chrome.
