Online Chat Support keeps reseting over and over and over

For the past 24 hours Etsy Chat support keeps cutting me off every time i click on a web browser page off etsy.  i have been on over 20 chats and attempts to talk to them about this glitch and a review glitch i need help. Also if i leave the chat open in order to get the bank info or another else it just resets all over again. 

Also need help with a glitch in the stores review. a customer gave me a 5 star review but on etsy is showing a Zero rating for some reason and it lowered my Star Seller stats.  i have the screen shots to show it is both a 5 star rating and a zero star rating which is imposible i think to get a zero star rating, it is only 1 star is the lowest i think but it is a zero.

Is there ant Etsy Support out that can help out there other then Chat cause that is not working

I see a 1 star and 4 star for Oct 24th. Etsy support will not help you with that.

that is correct, i did get a 1 star and 4 star from two past customers. However in the shop dashboard, below in the "Recent Activity" section there is a zero star rating showing in there with the avatar picture next to it corrupted when in fact the seller actually gave me a 5 star review. It is really weird and i have the screen shots to show etsy and wish i could on here that it is a glitch.

Also correct me if im wrong, but can a buyer give a Zero Star review ? i though the lowest is 1 star review ?

@CrypticNine  Hi, I think I know what's going on with your zero stars and corrupted avatar photo.

In my Dashboard, I have some where the Review Stars look white. They are really clear, but it is a 5 Star Review.
In a Review like this, the Avatar looks like the photo is not there, it has some letters instead.  When I go to the actual Review in my Shop Front, you can see the Stars are filled in, as well as the Avatar next to the Review.

When the Dashboard shows white Stars and a "blank" Avatar, this is because the listing is "Inactive" (I checked on my "Listings" page). Most likely I took that item to a show, and it sold there.  I Deactivated it before I left, and unless I have another one, the item would remain Deactivated.

Hope this helps.  I was driving myself crazy when I first saw this, as I couldn't understand the meaning behind the white Stars and blank Avatar photo (in the Dashboard Activity).
