Hopefully someone can help me here, and this is costing me a fortune and costing me customers.
I have 1 listing, which offers free shipping, but due to that, I have 1 price for UK, and 1 price of everywhere else on all my variations.
By default, the UK is £16.99 and Everywhere else £19.99.
I dont know what's causing this, but it seems that every now and then, Etsy just changes the prices of my listing
If I look at my last 4 orders of the same item from today, I have the following:
UK - £16.99 (correct)
USA - £37.41 for 2 (£16.99 each + tax, incorrect)
USA - £19.47 (£17.99 + tax, correct)
USA - £18.50 (£16.99 + tax, incorrect)
Anyone seen this before?
I see $25.62 for one in USD.
I've gone through and changed them all for the millionth time. Seems to be an ongoing battle
It's related to what we all have going on here https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/International-Buyers-Paying-Domestic-Prices/td-p/1429... . The domestic price/international pricing feature is bugged but Etsy hasn't addressed it yet.
