Vacation mode

my vacation mode keeps turning on, even if i want it off. every time i try and turn it off it says ‘vacation mode can’t been turned off in this state’ plz help if you know what to do!

Normally when Etsy puts a shop on forced vacation it's because they need to verify ID etc. However your vacation banner does not have the expected message, unless they changed it. See if they sent you an email (check spam/junk folders). Otherwise it might be a bug. What state are you in?
