Vacation mode

Hi

after paying my balance and putting in my EIN, my shop is still in vacation mode and I really want it resolved. I emailed Etsy and they said it would be resolved once I was verified. I am verified now and it is still in vacation mode and I am unable to turn it off. How can I get it shut off to open my shop

Lots of Etsy staff don't work on weekends or holidays.  Since Monday is a US holiday, it is likely that your account wont be looked at until Tuesday.
