Hello! My Business is stuck on vacation mode and refuses to turn of I emailed Etsy but haven't gotten a response yet I don't know what to do.

You may need to verify your tax information or ID.

If you have too many open orders, you'll need to ship them.

If you are selling infringing items (for example, BTS, famous video games like "Omori" or unlicensed anime / manga "fan art"), you need to remove them before opening.

Out of curiosity, what do they consider to be too many open orders? I've hit my busy season and regularly have 50-60 or more open at a time.
