Vacation mode won’t turn off?

I made my first sale yesterday and completed it today. Etsy turned on vacation mode for some reason and it keeps saying, “cannot update vacation mode settings in this state”. I contacted them but it says it may take up to 2 days before I get a response.

Any tips?

Have they verified your ID yet? That's usually it - they only do it when you make your fist sale. Check your emails (inc. Junk mail folder)

@RaeHallDesigns: Based on the many threads in this forum, Etsy seems to often put a shop into vacation mode after their first sale when they are unable to verify some piece of information.
