Company info failed alert

Hi i've an alert on my shop and i'm unable to start selling. It says " We were unable to verify the company information you entered during registration".
The problem is that my info are correct, they are the same I use in Shopify and i have no problem.

How can I fix this?

Your shop looks like it's open for business. 

You will need to contact Etsy Support regarding the company information - see if they sent you an email (check in junk mail).
