Vacation mode impossible to switch off

Hello, 

M'y shop, Doodlidoux was put on vacation mode due to ETSY requiring my company details. I uploaded my details but still stuck on vacation mode. Impossible to switch off. 

Impossible to contact ETSY support. 

Thanks for your help if you can tell me how to contact thème.

Only Etsy can take you off a forced vacation mode. Make sure you uploaded the files in PDF or PNG or they may get declined which will cause delays.

How long has it been?  I think it can take up to 21 days for verification and sometimes longer and sometimes shorter.
