Vacation mode errors

hello fellow etsy owners, my shopped launched yesterday and i got my first order earlier today, after my first order was purchased i was immediately put into vacation mode, i’m not sure why, but i think i am stuck in it now because when i try to exit vacation mode it says vacation mode can’t be left in this state. i’m not sure if anyone has experienced this issue, or knows why it’s happening please let me know because i would love to get my shop up and running! thank you

Check your email. Etsy probably asked for a copy of your ID.

@DesignsByDancersCo: You are not alone. A quick search of this forum would show you that Etsy does not seem to validate some data until after the first sale - and if something does not match up they put the shop in vacation mode. As mentioned, check your eMail (including spam / junk folders) for some communication from Etsy.
